We’re in a fabulous location at Downderry, the Beach a short stroll away and the fabulous 'Inn On The Shore', a Pub Restaurant, is right here overlooking the water, with seating in or out. Downderry is ideally situated as its part of the South West Coast Path. Downderry to Fowey, Downderry to Plymouth (Moderately challenging). Locally, from Downderry beach we're just a fifteen minute walk to Seaton Beach, ten minute drive to Looe, and of course its a great access to many, many more beautiful Cornwall destinations! Local Downderry also has the added advantage of a local store for fresh and frozen groceries, there is also the Bewshea’s Tapas restaurant with outside eating (seasonal).

This bright modern compact apartment enjoys a south facing sunny aspect. An elevated balcony off the lounge is great to enjoy those lazy lunches or sipping evening drinks. Please note this apartment is on the 1st floor, whilst this provides great views, there is no lift access, hence may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns.

The main bedroom has been designed with comfort and creating space in mind. A beautiful half wardrobe with drawers and hanging space and the added benefit of a wall mounted pull-out hanging rail. This smart compact apartment benefits from being a two bedroom first floor unit with a south facing balcony, ideal for two adults and can accommodate a further two small adults in the second bedroom (4ft bed).

Our home is a stylish open plan lounge diner with a modern fully equipped kitchen. Quality and stylish furnishings for comfort, plus Smart TV and free Wifi. Our home is available year round and we do have a minimum required three night stay.
